Castle Pines North

Castle Pines North, a community that grew out of a vision for a great golf course and great PGA tournament – Castle Pines and The International, respectively – became, in the ensuing 30 years, such a desired location for living that by the 2010 US Census the community has more than 10,000 residents. Tucked into the wooded pine hills in Douglas County adjacent to I-25, the area has beautiful landscapes and a breathtaking view of the mountains, not to mention great proximity to the Denver Tech Center. Officially created as a statutory city by popular vote in 2007, Castle Pines North, and the neighboring unincorporated Castle Pines Village, are among the Denver metro area’s most prestigious communities.
